Fix:

* Fix a weather warning icon in the point forecast bubble appearing even if there is no warning.
* Fix transparency settings not appearing for the point forecast bubbles.
* Sync local forcast bubbles faster via iCloud.
* Wind at 500mb will not show pressure at sea level anymore, if downloaded gepotential height at 500mb is used instead.
* Better color palette for wind at 500mb.
* Geopotential height isoline spacing changed from 10gpm to 20gpm as the default.
* Removed the home grown crash reporting. A crash might still be reported if the Apple option to share crash reports with developers is activated.
* The WAM85 wave model was removed, it is now longer produced by the University of Cyprus.
* Fix route lines disappearing if using some raster overlays on the base map.
* Changed the default ECMWF paramters to include WIND and AIRTMP.
* Updated the city database.
* Bumped the iOS target to 12.0.
* More stability fixes.
