This application was developed for health professionals.
It gives you a way to rapidly calculate the estimated creatinine clearance of a patient. It uses sliders so you do not have to enter values manually with the keyboard.
Creatinine clearance can be estimated with four known formulas in adults:
- Cockcroft & Gault formula.
- MDRD formula.
- CKD-EPI formula.
- Mayo quadratic formula.
Creatinine clearance can be estimated with four known formulas in children:
- Schwartz formula.
- Counahan-Barratt formula.
- Traub Formula.
- Shull formula.
Creatinine clearance can also be calculated from urine volume (12 or 24 hours), urine creatinine and serum creatinine. It can also be adjusted to the Body Surface Area of the patient.
Compatible with iPhone and iTouch devices.
Language is in english and in french.
