Change: Complete rewrite to Bug fix location finding code.

Added: "Best Accuracy" switch in settings:

If you have to use our application inside a building (NOT RECOMMENDED) then it is better to switch Best Accuracy to off. It will offer faster location results however they might be more inaccurate.

When it is switched ON it offers a much more accurate location although obtaining results can take longer especially if used inside a building so therefore we recommend this setting for using Mom's Taxi OUTSIDE only.

Changed: You are now able to send your location to any email address from within the application by entering the address directly into the auto generated email instead of requiring an email contact from your contacts. (Although this feature can still be used to if required to speed up the sending process)

Added: Ability to clear the currently selected contact in the settings page. (This is useful if you want to use the above.)

App Description

Do your children always ring you asking to be picked up from certain places such as football practice, after school activities and the cinema for example and do you have trouble getting their actual location. Well This is where Mom’s Taxi comes into play….

This simple and fun navigation application allows your children to send their actual location to a selected contact enabling them to be picked up safely.

The application although aimed at the younger user can be used by anyone, as it only requires three simple steps:

1. SHAKE.
2. LOCATE.
3. SEND.

After you have been located you are able to send your Pickup Request by either SMS or by email.

For ease of use you can select an existing contact from your iPhone who has an email address in the settings page or you can enter the contacts email address straight into the Pickup Request (Its your choice!)

Please note: that only existing contacts who have an email address can be used from within the application.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend that you ONLY use Mom's Taxi outside – if you are using the application inside a building the location results can take a lot longer to obtain and may be less accurate!

Mom's Taxi requires an iPhone 3G or 3Gs running 3.1.2 or later to work. It will not run on 1st generation iPhone (2G) or on a iPOD Touch.
