Simply line up your photo with the iPhone camera, and use your finger to paint in Neon on top of the image in real time.

When you are happy press the take photo button and your new Neon Photo will be saved to the iPhone photo library.

You can then email it to your friends or share it on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr etc...
