App Description

Relieve Neck, Back, and Shoulder Pain with Active Alerts when you look down at your phone at a bad angle.

Forward Head Posture is the anterior positioning of the head to the body. This posture increases the workload for
neck muscles and back muscles attached to the cervical spine. Imagine a 30-pound weight attached to your neck throughout the day.
This leads to muscle imbalance as the neck and body adapt to find better ways to hold the head up.

Some muscles are elongated, some muscles are shortened or tighter.
Phone posture is a critical piece of the puzzle.

Our Neck Posture Fitness app can help remind you when your phone is at a poor angle throughout the day.

How often do you look down at your phone per day? Download to do a free 24 Hour Look Down Test.

Our subscription based Active Alerts will alert you when you are looking down at your phone at a bad angle.
A notification will appear to show you when you are looking down at a greater than 25 degree angle. (Unless the app is flat on a table - prevents excess notifications)

A Map and Chart are available to show you where you look down most often and to track your progress over time.
Map and Chart data can be cleared at any time and this data is only stored on your local device.
