"h2 habit" is an app that connects to the portable hydrogen inhaler, La Briller elan2, via Bluetooth.

Operated by the app, it’s easy to continue hydrogen inhalation daily, manage time, and record amount of hydrogen inhaled.
Hydrogen is said to be good for your health condition if you inhale it daily.
You can enjoy checking how much hydrogen you have inhaled with weekly report delivered every Monday.
We support you to make hydrogen inhalation a daily healthy habit.

① Operation of La Briller elan2 during hydrogen inhalation
Simply set the inhalation time on the app screen and press play to start hydrogen inhalation.
You can set inhaling time only 30 minutes by operating the main unit, but operating by app allows for up to 120 minutes of continuous hydrogen inhalation.
During hydrogen inhalation, you can pause, play, and stop.

② Calendar, graphs
● Hydrogen Calendar
A mark will appear on the day of inhalation and scheduled date for change purified water.
You can check the data of your monthly hydrogen inhalation ( date of inhalation, number of inhalations, amount of hydrogen inhaled, etc. ).
● Hydrogen graph
A bar graph of daily inhalation volumes.
Pinch out and tap the graph to check the amount of inhalation.

③ Diary ( inhalation history, weekly report )
A history of each inhalation is kept.
You can check last week's weekly report every Monday.
Let's inhaling hydrogen for at least 30 minutes every day as much as possible, and hydrogen inhalation fun.

④ Notification of purified water change date (once a month)
