On-Call app, health systems and their credentialed medical professionals with the Ahoy! On-Call central command web landing page can initiate requests for consultant physicians or nurses to:
- Decide whether or not they are available for the assignment request
- View assignments in real time as they are needed by the hospital or requesting physician
- Decide whether or not they are interested in the assignment based on the quoted service rate
- Opt-In for consult assignments with a targeted response time based on quoted rate
- Check-In when the consultant arrives onsite to provide the service
- Receive star ratings of interactions with patients, requesting physician, bedside/charge nurse
- Track earnings based on the assignments that have been fulfilled.
- Lead to better communication and hand-offs
- Capture quality accountability indicator metrics
