The SMART Educator: IOL Vision Guide from Alcon is an educational tool, designed to assist Eye Care Professionals and Healthcare Professionals educate patients considering Alcon’s advanced technology intraocular lenses (IOLs). Using images representing real-world scenarios, the SMART Educator allows patients to compare illustrations of the potential visual outcomes of different IOL choices. In addition, the application contains general information about cataract surgery and the impact of Astigmatism and Presbyopia on vision.
