App Description

ManageHouse helps you to manage rental and residential houses in cloud, provides electronic receipts of rent and repair.
It's your professional partner of house management, maintain, repair.
APP features are Property management, Rental application, Lease management, Rent management, Repair management, Quote management, Movein/Moveout photos and Coupon management.
1. Property management helps you to add residential properties or rental properties, set, delete and change the detailed information of these properties
2. Rental application helps you to create invitation code sending to tenants, check the applicants' information
3. Lease management helps you to create, browse, delete and update the leases between landlord and tenants
4. Repair management helps you to create, browse, delete and update the repairs reported by landlord or tenants
5. Quote management helps you to quote repairing, maintaining service from contractors or handyman locally
6. Movein/Moveout photos help you to take photos of each units inside or outside of house for comparison
7. Coupon management helps you to create, deliver, share, delete and pay coupons from contractors
