App Description
Stanami's main purpose is an exercise counter. You create an exercise, set a rate, and update the counter during the session. When you start a new workout, you reset the counter and train again. Exercises can be combined into programs.
You can record your weekly workout schedule and nutritional menu. Calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates can be recorded for nutrition.
Also available in "Stanami PRO" is a tracker of the consumed water. Set your daily quota and record your progress throughout the day.
You can add widgets to your iphone home screen for exercise schedule, menus and water tracker. Available only in "Stanami PRO".
