On behalf of the men and women of the Bakersfield Police Department, welcome to our app. This app is not just for employees and family members of the Bakersfield Police Department, but our community as well. It contains information about our department as well as safety and crime prevention tips. Bakersfield Police Department employees and family members will have access to a full range of wellness tools, including 24/7 access to reliable, professional, confidential services in a wide variety of topics.
Whether you are working on the front line or in a critical support role, the impact of this work can also extend to our families whose support is essential for the delivery of quality police services and fulfilling meaningful careers. We are working to build an employee-centered culture and understand that providing resources that not only promote healthy lifestyles but that also provide direct, individualized, and confidential care is essential not only for our employees and family members but essential in helping us better serve and protect our community.
