“中科带路”APP旨在为用户提供沿线国家任意一个地点的背景风险评估，包括承载力、环境风险、灾害风险、碳排放、地缘安全、治理结构、社会稳定、经济开放度、经济发展水平、营商环境和主权债务等方面，同时也为用户提供沿线地区的基础地理信息、项目遥感监测、深度风险评估、丝路感知分享（丝路点评）等服务，从而为用户决策提供技术支撑。
