PipoSpec - Time recording plus
With PipoSpec time recording becomes really easy: NFC badge scanning, working on objects, requesting absences, viewing evaluations - all compact and smart in one app.
Thanks to comprehensive functions for employees and supervisors, PipoSpec optimally covers the needs of all team members.
PipoSpec enables efficient time recording at any time and from anywhere and thus fits perfectly to flexible work models and changing workstations. And if your device is not online, the bookings are stored offline and automatically transferred when you are online again.

You do not know PipoSpec yet? Here is a short overview of the most important functions:

FUNCTIONS EMPLOYEES
• Badge scanning for work on object via NFC
• Time recording: Entries with display of current times and vacation balances
• messages via messageCenter e.g. missing booking
• Monthly closing at employee level
• Plan/capture/request individual absences and delete them if necessary
• Plan/capture/request serial absences and delete them if necessary
• Option: Calendar view with the current status (requested, approved, rejected)
• Period evaluation with the calculated times, vacation credits, balances, etc.
• Monthly evaluation
• Option: Unlock the app via Touch ID or Face ID
• Option: DeepL Access via 3D Touch

FUNCTIONS SUPERIOR
• Overview of all subordinate employees
