There is never a dull moment in New York City, and the Arthouse Hotel, ideally located on the Upper West Side, is at the heart of the action. Arthouse guests enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the making and development of Central Park, and all the ways folk have tried to unmake it! Follow its progress from a playground for the well-to-do, to a park for NYC's everyman, and enjoy a special sweet treat courtesy of Arthouse too!

The Guest Tour tells the park's story through the tales of 10 iconic Central Park destinations, all south of the Reservoir. We provide a map, along with a suggested tour route, but you may explore the sights in any order you like, in a single session or one at a time. Test your knowledge and outscore your friends and family along the way with the trivia questions - don't worry, you can skip them if trivia or competition are not your thing.

Once downloaded, the tour guide requires no further internet connectivity, does not use GPS, will not track you or collect your data, and contains neither advertising nor in-app purchases.
