Fomento San Sebastián promotes IBEL Donostia project.

What is IBEL Donostia? It is a rental service that companies, or their employees, can reserve on demand.


It is a new mobility formula designed to meet the travel needs of workplaces in San Sebastian, optimizing the use of vehicles in a sustainable way.

The objectives pursued by the model are clear:
- Reduce traffic and parking congestion suffered by workplaces.
- Generate a mobility model that can be more economical for companies and workers.
- Promote the use of zero emission vehicles by fostering experiences that familiarize users with new vehicle management technologies.

Mixed rates of mileage and duration of reservation.There is no cost of charging for the user! In addition, you can pay for reservations with your credit card or charge the amount to the company account.

You can:
… Validate your account by registering your national ID, driver's license and bank card.
… Choose the start and end dates of the reservation.
… Choose the vehicle that best suits you
… Formalize, modify or cancel the reservation.
… Charge the amount of reservation to the associated card or to the company account.
… Open and close the vehicle via bluetooth.
… Consult the history of reservations and their status.
… Get in touch directly with technical assistance.
… Consult the vehicle's damage report and add new ones.


Each vehicle will have a parking space and a dedicated charging point.
