This app is a watch used for health maintenance exercise. You can use it at home during your remote work to enjoy a short term break. You may also use it in the kitchen.
[The features of this watch app]
1. Even if you put your iPhone on a table far away, you can see the movement of the clock screen while exercising. Also, the passage of time is read aloud by voice.
2. It is an easy-to-use application that you can start using just by opening the screen and pressing the start button without setting the target times.
3. After starting, it is easy to operate because it has only the stop button and reset button.
4. Three clock faces will appear on the screen and will move in steps of 1 minute so you can easily see the progress.
4. Every 3 minutes, it moves to the next 3 minutes screen with different colors, so you can easily understand up to 12 minutes.
5. The time tells you by voice, so you can know when time is coming without looking at the screen.
6. You can hear every 10 seconds for the first 5 minutes and one minute every 12 minutes. You can turn off the voice.
7. Even if you do multiple exercises, you can continue to use it without touching the watch each time. You can use it for one minute for the left leg and one more minute for the right leg without touching it.
