This book consists of a compilation of passages taken from the Taurat, the Zabur, the Book of Prophets, and the Injil, which together make up the Holy Scriptures. The selected passages appear here in the chronological order of the events that they describe. In addition to the Scripture texts themselves, the book contains some explanatory sections which aim to aid the reader in gaining a deeper understanding. This edition is intended for a general audience with the goal that readers would become familiar with the basic contents of the word of the Most High.
