App Description
The Informed Consent App is a mobile application that allows users with upcoming surgeries to read, watch and agree to consent of the surgery. The form or video of consent will be in the app, and users will be recorded during the giving of consent. This recording will be sent to the client in order to move forward with the surgery. No need to deal with paperwork when everything is in one place - The Informed Consent App.
