The PMP (Project Management Professional) test is an examination conducted by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It is a globally recognized certification for project managers that demonstrates their knowledge, skills, and experience in project management.

The test measures a candidate's understanding of project management principles, best practices, and concepts as outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

You will have a maximum of 4 hours to answer the 200 questions on the exam. When the dust settles, you need a minimum correct percentage of 50-60% to pass the test.

Questions in the PMP test are categorized into 3 core areas:
- People: 42%
- Process: 50%
- Business Environment: 8%
