One of the essential factors for the annual elaboration of the Gourmet Wine Guide, which is its Tasting Committee, made up of 25 active professionals (sommeliers, oenologists, specialized journalists ...). In this edition of 2020, 4360 wines have been analyzed and evaluated in an objective and independent way, through the blind tasting system, for which the brand of wine tasted is unknown.
