Parents and caregivers, it’s hard to ask for help when your child needs medical care, or lives with a chronic condition. Life’s normal routines for you and your family are disrupted. Sometimes it’s even hard to know what help you need and you feel overwhelmed. Your trusted friends and family want to help you! Invite them to your CareCore team and they will be notified when you enter a need. When friends and family sign up to help, you’ll be notified that help is on the way!
With CareCore, parents and caregivers can:
• Share a brief summary of your family’s situation
• Coordinate all family needs in one place
• Quickly select your need from a helpful list of needs, such as meals, rides, prayers, and breaks
• Easily share details for a specific need
• Invite trusted friends and family to view your family needs
• Receive notifications when helpers sign up to help
And friends & family can:
• Feel confident they are in the loop and aware of opportunities to support your family
• Receive notifications when parents add new needs
• Sign up to help a family with a specific need
