• All our programs are based on your personal needs and aimed to help you achieve your goals (sleep better, improve relationship, learn to meditate etc.). Set your goal and focus on what is important to you right now

• Train your mind with differently themed sessions: from pain relief and quitting addictions to concentration and inspiration

• All people are unique, so are our mindful programs. Vary your healthy routine with a number of guided and unguided meditations, breathing sessions and ambient sounds. We have also prepared lulling sleep stories to help you sleep deeply and quick mindful sessions for busy lifestyles

• Personalize your meditating experience by selecting the time of sessions and additional sound effects such as white noise, ocean waves, birds chirping and many more!

Practice on the go, when you are short on time, when you are on the break at work, when you are stressed or extremely happy - there is always the right moment for this!

HealthKit is used to synchronize with Apple Health and Activity for accurate calculations of your physical activity and 42club charts.

The app contains the following subscription options:
- 1 month with a 3-day free trial period;
- 6 months without a trial period.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Free trial subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
