App Description

Connect and keep in touch with the University of Huddersfield from anywhere in the world. From studying in the UK, student life, courses, fees, scholarships, accommodation and all of your student essentials, the app provides everything you need to know about University life, at your fingertips.

Whether you're thinking about studying in the UK or you're about to move to Huddersfield, our app will connect you to all the information you need, making your transition to moving and living in the UK as easy as possible. This international student guide can also provide you with push notifications, so you will always be up-to-date.

Within the app, you will be able to access course information, a living costs calculator, along with information about the cost of living in Huddersfield. Huddersfield Live will provide you with live broadcasts on events being held in and outside of the University. The live chat feature will give you opportunity to chat to University representatives and ask them any questions you may have before you arrive.

360 degree tours of campus buildings, teaching rooms/facilities, places in and around the town center and the integrated AR camera allows you to explore your new home before you even get here.

• Course Finder - Browse undergraduate and postgraduate courses available at the University.

• This is Huddersfield (360 degree tours) - Take a look at your new home before you arrive. 360 tours of various campus buildings/classrooms and also points of interest in Huddersfield city centre.

• AR Camera - Simply scan a University of Huddersfield leaflet to take a virtual tour of the location shown.

• Fees & Finance - Information about the cost of living at University. Estimation sliders allow you to calculate your living costs, which can be converted into your local currency.

• Huddersfield Live - Keep up-to-date with live broadcasts of events happening in and around the University, from social events to experiencing the day in a life of a student. All accessed directly through the homepage. Live chat groups will be available, giving you the opportunity to speak directly to University representatives.

• Useful information - Links to useful information, such as applying to the University, your international student guide, visa information and travelling to the UK.

• Contact information - contact local representative with any questions you may have

• Multiple languages - access information on the app in your own language
