Make free calls and text to the Philippines.
This is not a replacement of the popular messaging app that's why we put limit per call, it is primarily for OFW with family in the Philippines who doesn't have an internet connection or even a smart phone.
Though some can used it to inform their relatives and love ones to go online when they are offline or when they don't have internet access temporarily.
