Live Wallpapers & Photo Effect aims users to have fun with a creative way with their photos and videos and allow them to enhance their phones with various wallpapers and animated wallpapers.

Wallpaper & Animated Wallpaper

There are various choices of wallpapers in Live Wallpapers & Photo Effect. Just scroll down and browse the categories. You can preview the wallpapers. Just touch the lock screen or home screen button. Then, you can download the wallpaper. If you prefer animated wallpaper, you can also find various choices.

Photo Edit

Take a photo or turn your photos into wallpapers and edit with creative tools! You can either use it as a wallpaper or any use that you wanted. You can take a picture or can choose from your camera roll then start to modify it.
Frames: you can choose a frame and make them an aesthetic photo.

Video Edit

Live Wallpapers & Photo Effect offers you to edit and filter your videos. Just take a video or, you can choose one from your camera roll. Blur, crop, saturate, put a filter, rotate and make your videos perfect!

The wallpaper and the video edit section are free but, to use the app thoroughly you need to go premium.
To use Live Wallpapers & Photo Effect, you need to allow camera and microphone access to use full performance.
