Offering Free Rides Around (the) Neighborhood, FRAN is where convenience and unique experience meet. With a fleet of sustainable electric vehicles, this on-demand micro-transit system is a game changer for visitors and locals alike. Using the CtrCity Anaheim app, request a free ride from one of the easy-to-find pick-up spots located throughout Center City. Accommodating up to five riders, including children over 40 pounds and 40 inches tall, a fully decked out FRAN vehicle will arrive quickly, so there’s never a long wait. Those needing accommodating for a mobility device can make the request through the CtrCity Anaheim app.
