App Description
WHEELS for DASH is a mobile version of the "Women's and Men's Hypertension and Emerging Lifestyles Intervention" (WHEELS) for the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension eating plan (DASH). This 28-day program differs from other online apps because it includes a plan for up to 21 daily tailored messages and a tracker for DASH adherence. WHEELS for DASH teaches and reinforces knowledge, attitudes and skills to maintain and build healthy eating patterns. Users must be enrolled as part of a University of Michigan study to gain access.
