Can't sleep?

"XuánMián" is a good helper for you to sleep. Please follow the steps below. You can't speak during this period.

1. Lie in bed.
2. Muscles relax, take a deep breath and exhale once.
3. Look at the phone screen.
4. Then execute the app, vibration wave starts to move, and the energy starts to spread.
5. Then there will be seven blue dots in sequence. These seven blue dots will appear in the position that helps you to sleep according to your current mental state (if you are not looking at the phone, they will be randomly generated).
6. Please concentrate on watching the phone screen to receive sleep energy.
7. Due to the different degree of physical fitness, you will begin to sleep after several minutes to tens of minutes.
