• When you have an important task to do and want to keep your focus, open the app and start the focus car.
• Focus on your task until car completes the miles. ( 1 mile = 1 minute)
• If you can't resist your phone and leave the app, the car would crash and your focus drive will end.
• Choose a partner to focus with and then start your focus drive.
• If any of you can't resist your phone and quits the app, focus drive will end.

Phone addiction is real & So are the risks associated with it. It can lead to reduced focus span and lot of other issues.
