The HR by i-Dev app has been curated by Jombay to enable innovation in the HR ecosystem. The broader HR community can share actionable, ready-to-execute ideas on this platform and learn from each other. The App also lists ""micro-activities"" contributed by young HR leaders for the benefit of the broader HR community.
The activities in HR by iDev are on the job-implementable, quick, easy, and fast. HR by iDev is designed with habit formation techniques in mind.
Jombay will continue to crowdsource innovative ideas from every corner. We will keep adding new activities throughout the year by harnessing the collective genius of HR leaders to drive innovation.
