With our new App, you will be able to see what is going on in our business at all times. You will be able to book our group classes and also book appointments for one on one training when you need extra time.You will be able to view your program that will be specialized to your goals and log your nutrition as you go.The new app will give you all the tools to help us get you to achieve the best results you can achieve. With the new Technology we would be give you a lot more interaction with how we run the business, you will be communicate with us in a easier way and share with each other(other members) your journey.

We have grown alot over the past year and this is all thanks to having some great clients.2017 has been a great year, we have seen our Business been nominated for 2(two) Big AWARDS. Exercise New Zealand Personal Trainer of the Year 2017 , I got through to the second Stage which not a lot of Trainers get through stage 1. The second Award which is the Peoples Choice Awards,we have made it to the Final and are one of 8(eight) Trainer Across New Zealand that have been recognized for outstanding work within the Fitness Industry. We have plans to grown even more now that we have opened our own Studio. There will be more Group Classes to come and this you will be able to access to book on the tip off your Finger at home and not have to call/ text me to book a spot.

I have always had a passion for sports and fitness and played rugby as a career for 7 years. The highlight of my Rugby career was being part of the winning team in a Rugby World Championship in France during 2003 at the time I was playing for South Africa u19 Rugby team.

After several sport related injuries I have now dedicated myself to helping others to reach for their goals / dreams. I have had the honor of training some great athletes. But my passion is to be a part of your journey, to see you reach your goals and keep raising the bar. My Goal is to see you fitter and stronger than you ever thought possible.

I have the knowledge and skills to help you achieve the best results and I am driven to see you succeed.
