Forti2ude Fitness is an individual and small group based training given by a certified personal trainer dedicated to providing guidance to improve physical performance with the proper form and technique. Specific intensity levels are designed according to client goals and scaled to client ability. Functional movement and sustainable weight management are key training elements that drive strength conditioning results. Generally, sessions are 30 minutes to an hour and are created to generate a significant excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). This afterburn effect incinerates calories!
