If ever there was a place to “see and be seen” in North Little Rock, Mugs is definitely that place. The cafe nearly always has a crowd without ever seeming too crowded. At the large communal tables, it’s not strange to find meetings taking place and the work-from-home crowd who set up shop with laptops. But don’t confuse Mugs with a Starbucks crowd. Here, people seem much happier to share a table if you need a place to sit. And chances are, if you live or work in the area, you’ll recognize a few faces.
