App Description

Together with your Porsche ID Card, the Mobility by Porsche app provides access to the Porsche Charging Service, enabling you to charge your plug-in hybrid vehicle or electric car quickly and easily.
The Porsche Charging Service allows you to use charging stations in many European countries – regardless of the provider, and with convenient billing via Porsche.

Here's how it works: create a Porsche ID and purchase the Porsche Charging Service in the Porsche Connect Store. Then register with the Mobility by Porsche app using your Porsche ID and enjoy the Mobility by Porsche app's full range of features. You will also receive your personal Porsche ID Card in the post, which will already be active and ready for immediate use.

SEARCH AND LOCATE
Search for charging pedestals: all the available charging pedestals and further information for locating charging pedestals and planning your trip are clearly displayed. You will receive additional information, such as the pricing in the respective country, address, availability, usage frequency and charging performance of the selected charging pedestals, for all countries and currencies.
Restrict charging pedestal search: all charging points can be filtered based on certain criteria, such as socket type or charging power.

AUTHENTICATE
Activate a charging point: the charging pedestal is authenticated using your Mobility by Porsche app, the Porsche Connect app or your Porsche ID Card. Simply register via the smartphone apps by scanning the QR code. For subsequent authentication, place your Porsche ID Card on the designated RFID chip on the charging pedestal and charging will begin.

CHARGE
Charge throughout Europe: you can charge your vehicle in any country using any currency, without separate roaming fees.
Access status information: status information for each charging process is displayed, so you can instantly see how long the charging will take, for example.
End the charging process: most charging processes can be ended directly via the app and/or your Porsche ID Card.

PAY
Pay for charging/view charging history: payment is collected monthly via the credit card stored in My Porsche – you can also access information about your contract and your bills.

Pan-European partner charging network
We provide a reliable network with stable pricing – all clearly shown on a single invoice. There is no need for separate bills for each charging pedestal operator. The Porsche Charging Service is currently available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark and Finland. We are constantly expanding our international service and partner network.

The current status is shown on the charging point display, on the charging map in the app or when you log onto My Porsche.
