How to use the app?
BLS App is very simple and user-friendly. Download it on your smartphone and access it from anywhere and anytime. To report a problem or request a maintenance/installation/testing service you must capture certain details.
Select the category of the service
Answer few incident-related questions
Capture the evidence, either a photo or video if applicable
Submit the report
Then, you can use the app to track status of your request or view the submitted reports with a click.
