App Description

A monitoring app that can used by the professors or students to check the presence of their graduate assistants. The app displays the device owner's status whether he/she is available near the beacon's proximity or not.

The user can also write and store notes on the app besides displaying the project updates.

There is also an agile board tab where the user can create separate collection view cells for ongoing projects. These cells include the project members names and latest descriptions.

Bluetooth should be turned on for the device to detect the user status but even without the bluetooth the app can still work on the other features. Location should be turned on to monitor changes in the graduate assistant room location. Students or users are benefited through the application as they can know the status of their teaching assistants or graduate assistants almost instantaneously. They can monitor the status of the assistants whether they are in recitation lab or office using display colors orange and green respectively. Hence, students don't have to check any schedule on paper rather just open the app, know the assistants status and approach them.

Continued use of Location running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life
