City of Refuge Christian Center and Walking in the Spirit Ministries is an organized ministry with a vision. Where there is no vision, the people perish (Proverbs 29:18).
Mark 16:16 tells us that signs and wonders shall follow those that believe. Proof is seen in born again believers that walk in faith. In the name of Jesus shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover.
At City of Refuge Christian Center, the Word of God goes forth teaching in a way the believers will understand and confirming the Word with signs following.
The Power of Truth ( Jesus The Christ) changing lives, healing the sick, showing forth the way of Salvation.
