Rules of Ludo horse race board game are as follows:

> Horses must go up their team's cage step by step.
> If any horse is at its team's cage door but has not accelerated the step 1, then horses of other teams can still kick it.
> The first team to have all its four horses to stand on steps 6, 5, 4, and 3 of its cage is the winner.
