Black Walnut is a restaurant born out of respect for and appreciation of pure ingredients. A specific focus on locally grown fruits and vegetables, mindful use of animal products and a commitment to environmentally consciousness establishes Black Walnut as a destination restaurant in Brooklyn.
Black Walnut is located in the full-service Downtown Brooklyn Hilton Hotel. Black Walnut is open for breakfast and dinner as well as private dining options, events spaces and room service.
The name is simple and symbolizes a type of Southern food that encompasses all the influences found in the South.
