At Ground Control mixed martial arts academy, we teach MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, muay thai, boxing and fitness. Ground Control is a place where people of all ages and fitness levels work as a team to achieve their goals in physical and mental excellence through martial arts and fitness. Everyone is here to help and encourage each other to set and achieve their goals.
