Insight Health and Fitness Center is a full service fitness center, located in Flint, Michigan, offering a wide array of services including massage, and both land and aquatic based personal training with state-certified trainers. The facility has a large pool with lap lanes, jacuzzi, steam room, men's and women's sauna, basketball courts, a track around the upper level, and a smoothie bar. Group classes and childcare are available and included for all members. Insight also has a large free weight and machine area along with a recently upgraded floor of cardio equipment.
