Visit with us the Christkindlmarket Nuremberg. This is a 360 degree video and VR experience recorded live at the Christkindlmarket.
The VR tour starts with an beautiful aerial panorama where you can look around the old town of Nuremberg.
At the beginning of the video you will enjoy a Stagecoach Tour around the festive Christkindlesmarkt and the Old Town.
The joyful sound of bells and the clatter of hooves let the visitors on the roads know, that the stagecoach is coming.
The tour continues with Xmas music and several impressions from the Market, the Lantern procession and ends at the Children’s Christmas Market "Kinderweihnacht"
The Children's Christmas Market offers special programs geared for children, like the nostalgic two-tiered merry-go-round, a mini Ferris wheel and a steam railway.
Nuremberg's Christmas Market is one of Germany's oldest Christmas fairs. The pre-Christmas event on Nuremberg's Main Market Square dates back to the mid 16th century. The first mention in writing is from 1628. In 1948, the Christmas Market was re-established in the Old Town which had been completely destroyed during WW2.

How to use the App:
Start the app and slip your iPhone into the VR headset (ie. Cardboard) and put it on your head. The App then uses the myriad of sensors already available on the iPhone
to replicate your head movements, allowing you to look around the virtual environment.
We strongly recommend to use a headphone when watching the video.
