Okay, so the holidays are all OVER. And now so is your belly – OVER your waist line that is. Time to start thinking about what you are going to look like in your bathing suit. Which means it's time to start thinking about dieting. Was that your New Year's resolution?

Need help? So did I. That's why I created Ketotitian to help you through your ketogenic diet so you can watch all of those holiday pounds melt away, while enjoying wonderful meals, feeling full, and not feeling like you're dieting at all. I know what I'm talking about, because I lost 45 lbs in 90 days using this app, and I never ate better or more satisfyingly in my life!

No, this isn't a complicated log book or diet journal or anything like that. It's just a really quick-&-easy way to check "hey, how many carbs, fat, protein, and calories are there in a cup of sliced zucchini?" Or, "how many total carbs, fat, protein, and calories are in this meal?" You can plan meals, save them for later retrieval, and even check-out your BMI (Body Mass Index) to see where you are and how you're doing.

As you can see from the screenshots, Ketotitian allows you to scroll to the food items you want to look-up, then instantly displays a graph indicating the relative concentrations of Carbohydrates, Fats, Proteins, and total Calories. The actual amounts for the portion size selected are shown at the bottom of the graph. You can change the portion size by just tapping on it. You can also type your food selection directly from the keyboard by just tap-and-holding on the food picker wheel until the keyboard appears, and then type in your selection.

You can use the Meal Calculator tab to plan a meal so that you stay within your diet plan, and save your meals for later recall. There's also a Body Mass Index tab that allows you to periodically check how you're weight loss is going and help you pinpoint what your optimum weight should be. And a Calorie Calculator to help you estimate the optimum daily caloric intake to meet your weight goals.

If you're like me, you just need basic information to forge ahead with your keto wait-loss endeavor, and this app provides just that. Over 300 different meats, diary, fish, fruits, nuts, vegetables, peppers, spices, and grains are at your fingertips. Future app upgrades will continue to add to this list.
