Regime app provides daily sleep graphs and sleep metrics derived from user`s feedback. Easy-to-understand sleep graphs visually distinguish between periods when the user was awake, was asleep and the duration of them. Sleep and food history lists encourage getting a better understanding of your sleep and meals and ways you can improve your overall health.
