Fixed a bug with Dungeon Difficulty introduced in v1.4.4!

-There is a new option which gives you control over when Tempered Magic appears in the Academy!
-Fixed a bug where entering a Dungeon right after completing a Dungeon resulted in a very easy Dungeon!
-Fixed a bug with Sand Golems being shielded!
-Fixed a bug causing mobs to not immediately display the correct amount of armor after being shielded!
-Runes now appear with slightly increased velocity!
-Supercharge Rune duration increased to 5 minutes (up from 1 minute)!
-Wahoo! :-D
