*** How to begin ***
-For extra caution put your phone on an Airplane mode to cancel any cellular communication while the phone is close to or in contact with the belly
-Take your phone out of the case for better performance
-Sit in a quiet room with at least sound possible-Put the phone’s microphone in contact with the belly and start listening to find the perfect spot(focus on lower abdomen)
