GroupyGolf can currently be used for free without limitation. If you need to establish a USGA Handicap Index, you will need to join a USGA club on USHandicap.com. All your scores, stats and handicap information will be stored on the GolfNet network of clubs, where your information can be retrieved and reviewed for USGA's peer review requirement.
