Engage – We get the church’s attention by asking, “How are your men really doing? Are they walking with Christ? Growing in Faith? Leading their families? We ask questions and present challenges that raise the interest and awareness of local churches concerning men’s discipleship.
Equip – We offer the church practical, hands on help with information, resources, ideas, training, coaching and consulting. Equipping may take the form of launching Men’s Fraternity groups, hosting a regional Iron Sharpens Iron conference, providing men’s ministry leadership training, championing a powerful movie like Courageous, visiting with pastors personally or coaching a men’s ministry leadership team.
Encourage – We cheer for local churches as men are discipled. Our busy, distracting culture makes men’s discipleship especially challenging. So, Noble Warriors stands with pastors and ministry leaders who are investing in men and celebrate as God changes men, marriages, families, churches and communities for His glory.
