This App provides the Tm value of primer with or without restriction enzyme site and various restriction enzyme site sequences can be easily chosen from the column on the display.
Please use this app for brief review on your own responsibility.
Calculation formula is Tm = 60.8 + 0.41 × (G,C(%)) - (500/ length).
簡易的なプライマーのTm値計算ソフトです。
mer数に関係なく、Tm = 60.8 + 0.41 × (G,C(%)) - (500/ mer数)で計算した結果を出力します。
