Easy Salutary Diet is based on the Mediterranean diet.
This is a diet designed to keep your ideal weight if you have put on some extra kilos, you will gradually lose then, until you reach your ideal weight, once your weight is correct you won’t gain more. The main goal of this diet is to get the body used to eating healthy and balanced food, without having to spend much time in the kitchen. It is very easy to follow and quite simple.
It is a diet for the entire year with changes in summer in relation to the rest of the year, every day with a different dish and if you want to know how the dish is prepared that day, just click on that day diet on your screen.
It has a shopping list, to buy food diet.
It also has option to download abstract in pdf diet, to print it and watch it whenever you want.
